Perry Trusty
Economic Development, Investment Attraction and community development.
Perry has spent his career in Economic Development in Saskatchewan. He holds a national Economic Development designation and was named Saskatchewan Economic Developer of the Year for his work in Melfort.
His approach is practical and built on relationships. Behind every investment there's a person, and behind every development there's a group of people willing to take a risk. A lot of Economic Development is finding those people and giving them a reason to say yes.

Is Your Community Investment Ready?
Before asking how to attract investors, it helps to ask what an investor would see if they looked at your community today. Perry helps communities take stock of:
- Available commercial land
- Industrial opportunities
- Tourism assets
- Infrastructure
- Workforce
- Transportation
- Regional markets
- Business climate
- Housing
- Community amenities
- Competitive advantages
Then we pull it together into something an investor can actually use, whether that's a community profile, an investment package or a pitch to a specific developer.
