Cornerstone

The Work

Developments like Cornerstone take years. Someone has to see the opportunity, attract the right investors, work through planning with the city and keep things moving when they stall.

Market Research

Market analysis and market research helped make Cornerstone the largest shopping district in Saskatchewan at the time. Part of attracting retailers was showing them how far Prince Albert's market reaches. The trade-area map in the photos shows the city as the shopping centre for a big part of northern Saskatchewan.
